Our bashplates are made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight  of the bike and rider.  All bashplates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts required.
